Deputy Permanent Representative to the UNSC

H.E. ambassador Sandra Jensen Landi

Sandra Jensen Landi assumed the position of Denmark's Deputy Representative to the Security Council on August 1, 2024.

Previous to this position, Sandra served as the Ambassador of Denmark to Singapore. Furthermore, Sandra has held various senior positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and has been posted several times in both the United States and Asia. Additionally, Sandra has worked for many years on human rights, refugees, and migration, and spent two years at the World Bank as a specialist. 

Sandra Jensen Landi holds a Master's degree in Political Science from Aarhus University, a Master's Degree in Human Rights from the Global Campus of Human Rights, and a degree from Georgetown University.
